Pierogi-Making Experience

At Ledowo House we invite you to take part in a refined culinary workshop dedicated to one of the most beloved traditions of Polish cuisine – handmade pierogi. Under the guidance of an experienced chef, guests learn how to prepare and shape pierogi dough and create a variety of classic fillings, including:

  • Sauerkraut and wild mushrooms
  • Meat
  • Potatoes with farmer’s cheese (traditional “ruskie” style)
  • Sweet farmer’s cheese served with fruit sauces such as raspberry, strawberry or blueberry

The workshop is conducted in an elegant, relaxed atmosphere on our private 4-hectare estate, combining authentic culinary heritage with the comfort of a luxury setting. All ingredients, equipment and full organization are provided. Guests can enjoy the process from dough to table, finishing with a tasting of freshly prepared pierogi.
