The data of Lędowo House guests are processed for the following purposes: – in order to conclude and implement a contract for hotel services, including for the purpose of handling complaints (art. 6 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR); – in order to provide additional services at your request, such as: Spa & Wellness, treatments, massages, concierge services, luggage storage, passenger transport, catering services and the sale of goods and other services provided in accordance with the current offer of the Lędowo House Hotel (art. 6 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR); – in order to fulfill legal obligations related to accounting, issuing invoices, taxes, fees, including climate fees, the implementation of the Tourist Voucher and the performance of statistical obligations towards the Central Statistical Office (art. 6 sec. 1 letter c of the GDPR) And also for purposes constituting our legitimate interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR);, i.e.: – determining, pursuing and defending claims, in particular those related to the hotel service agreement and the Hotel’s liability for items brought by the guest; – ensuring the safety of guests and hotel staff through security and video monitoring; – direct marketing of Lędowo House goods and services after granting prior consent to a given communication channel; – handling inquiries from guests and people interested in staying on the basis of your possible consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR) in order to: – adapt your experience at the Hotel to your individual needs, e.g. adapt the room to the circumstances of an engagement, anniversary, etc.; – take into account preferences related to the sport practiced or the way of spending free time | In the event of granting consent to the processing of personal data concerning health, your personal data may be stored for a period of 10 years from the date of the procedure. Social media
On our website you can find links to our profiles on social media sites. To the extent that we manage these profiles, we are administrators or – depending on the given service – co-administrators of personal data together with the given owner of the social media portal, in connection with which we process personal data of visitors to our profiles maintained in social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). The legal basis for the processing of personal data by us for the above purposes is our legitimate interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).
In the case of Facebook, the administrator or joint administrator (e.g. in the scope of Facebook Page Insights) of your personal data is Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. with its registered office in Dublin (address: 4 Grand Canal Square Grand Canal Harbour Dublin 2, Ireland). Your personal data will be stored until the application is processed and the limitation periods for claims expire.
As a rule, we process the data provided by you. If you have not provided us with your data, their source is the person who indicated your data in the application. We obtain personal data to the extent necessary to process the application, most often including name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, correspondence address, and circumstances subject to notification.
Facebook lead ads
As part of the Facebook portal, the Administrator uses lead ads, which allow you to provide contact details and transfer them to the Administrator. Until the User’s personal data provided in the form of a given contact ad is sent, the administrator of the User’s personal data is the owner of Facebook – Meta Platforms Inc. At the time of sending personal data via the contact ad form, the Administrator becomes the administrator of the User’s personal data in the specified scope. The User’s personal data, depending on the content of a given contact advertisement, may be processed for the purposes of:
a) responding to the User’s inquiry submitted via the contact advertisement form
b) in the case of granting consent to sending commercial information – promotion of the Administrator’s goods and services, including via telephone or e-mail contact
c) in the case of granting consent to sending commercial information – sending the Administrator’s Newsletter to the e-mail address provided by the User
– which constitutes the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).
The Administrator receives the User’s personal data provided in the form (name, surname, e-mail and phone number) from Facebook (Meta Platforms Inc.).
The User’s personal data will be stored until the consent is withdrawn or an objection is filed. After the consent is withdrawn or an objection is expressed, personal data may be stored for the purposes of demonstrating the correctness of fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator and claims related to them.
As part of the contact initiated by the contact advertisement, the Administrator does not make decisions automatically, including through profiling.

b) entities supporting us in our business activities on our behalf, in particular: suppliers of external IT systems supporting our activities, subcontractors, entities auditing our activities or experts, whereby such entities will process data on the basis of an agreement with the Administrator and only in accordance with its instructions,
c) entities providing accounting, HR or legal services – to the extent necessary to ensure the fulfillment of legal obligations or to establish, pursue and defend claims,
d) companies disposing of or archiving documents and other media – to the extent that the data is stored in paper form or on such media,
e) companies providing courier and postal services,
f) companies conducting marketing activities,
g) Intermediary Platforms in accommodation reservations,
h) Suppliers of IT and analytical tools used on the Hotel Lędowo House website, in particular tools for collecting consents to cookies, cookie file providers.
RIGHTS IN THE SCOPE OF DATA PROCESSING
Every person whose data is processed by the Administrator has the right to:
a) access their personal data,
b) rectify their personal data,
c) delete their personal data,
d) limit the processing of their personal data,
e) object to the processing of their personal data (in accordance with art. 21 sec. 1 of the GDPR, when filing an objection, you should indicate its reasons related to your special situation),
f) transfer your personal data.

In the event that consent has been granted to the processing of personal data or the sending of commercial information to the indicated communication channel, we inform you that everyone has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

VOLUNTARY DATA PROVISION
Providing data is necessary to conclude contracts and settle business activities and for the Administrator to comply with legal requirements. In the remaining scope (in particular for the purpose of processing data by the Administrator for marketing purposes), providing data is voluntary.
TRANSFERRING DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
Your data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area. As part of our IT infrastructure and tools used on the Hotel’s website, your personal data will be sent in particular to the USA.
In the case of recipients in the territory of countries not covered by the decision of the European Commission, such as the USA, in order to ensure an adequate level of this protection, the Administrator concludes agreements with the recipients of your personal data, based on standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission in accordance with art. 46 sec. 2 letter c of the GDPR.

AUTOMATED PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Profiling occurs as part of the collection of statistical and analytical data and as part of contextual and behavioral advertising, but it does not have any significant effects, including legal effects.
Profiling occurs through the collection and processing of your data through automated analyses of your behavior when using social media and our Hotel’s website in order to continuously improve its functioning and the services we provide.
